Online Customer Service Provider Completes Round of Funding
New York, October 5, 2000 - AskIt.com, a leader in outsourced online customer service solutions, announced today the closing of a $2.45 million round of Series A funding led by internet.com Venture Partners III and internet.com Corporation (NASDAQ: INTM) and the Advanta Growth Capital Fund L.P. Other investors included Gabelli Group Capital Partners, Inc. and Morgan Holding Capital Corp.
AskIt.com will use the funds to expand its management team, increase its sales force and ramp up its marketing efforts.
