uTOK SELECTS ASKIT.COM TO PROVIDE CUSTOMER SERVICE SOLUTION

New York, August 7 - AskIt.com, a leader in outsourced online customer service, will provide e-customer service solutions for the Web site of uTOK, the pioneer browsing companion honored for its technology that builds communities and provides users with the best tools to share knowledge wherever they travel on the Internet. In addition, uTOK will strategically partner with AskIt.com to offer the AskIt! Solution to uTOK's customers.

uTOK will use Askit.com's Premium support and FAQ solution for part of its support service. "We want to provide our users with the best possible support on our Web site," said Oren Zuckerman, CEO of uTOK. "In our efforts to help new users get started, we are now empowering them to effectively find answers to frequently asked questions by using the AskIt! system."

uTOK (Users' Tree of Knowledge) is the service provider of customized and private-labeled desktop applications, which provides users with a richer and more personalized Web experience, and in turn empowers businesses with stronger customer relationships and higher conversion rates.

The AskIt! system will instantly deliver the most closely matching questions and answers when a question is asked on the uTOK Web Site, using an easy to browse and search self-help format. The customer can also submit the question to the site and receive a personalized answer via email. The question is then automatically entered into a knowledgebase.

"uTOK is now giving their customers the opportunity to help themselves with AskIt!," stated Ken Shapiro, President of AskIt.com. "This will also allow uTOK to get a better sense of what users really want to know along with lowering the number of incoming emails and phone calls received for basic information."
