Now when you are searching a Web site using AskIt!, the search engine can automatically display the answer when a question has an exact match in the knowledgebase (the original system offered a selection of relevant answers). The database of answers has also been strengthened by improvements to AskIt!'s natural language processing, increasing the system's ability to recognize similar questions and to create an order for matching questions, ranging from the most to the least similar.
Another new feature presents the option to have the AskIt! page displayed in a separate
browser, allowing visitors to keep the AskIt! page open while moving through clients'
